The Affordable Timber home bracing system uses Oriented Strand Board or “OSB” to fully sheath your homes’ walls and roof. This protects your investment in high wind and earthquake zones. It is the preferred building method in North America, Europe and Japan for new homes.
• Our walls and ceilings are heavily insulated, keeping the internal temperature stable in hot or cold climates. Our air tight windows and doors are state of the art and designed to keep your home dry and warm.
• You can choose from our home designs, modify an existing plan or submit your own custom design, all at a very competitive price.

Structural Timber

We bring, for the first time in New Zealand, posts and beams up to 600x900mm and 12 meters in length. We use Western Red Cedar and Coastal Douglas Fir to offer a more sustainable and attractive solution to steel and concrete. All our structural timber is certified from managed forests in Bristish Columbia, Canada.
